1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern every sale made through this website. The seller is Allur Peptides s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic under company number [IČO], VAT number [DIČ], with its registered office at [SÍDLO] ("we", "us").

By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are acquiring the goods as laboratory reagents for research use.

2. Nature of the goods

All products offered on this website are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and analytical purposes. They are not medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food.

The products have not been evaluated by any medicines regulator, carry no marketing authorisation, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They must not be administered to humans or to animals. You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage and use of the goods after delivery, and for holding any authorisation your own jurisdiction requires.

3. Orders and formation of contract

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail. We may refuse any order without stating a reason, for example where an item is out of stock, where the delivery address is in a jurisdiction we do not ship to, or where we have reason to believe the goods would be used other than as stated in clause 2.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors before dispatch; if a corrected price is higher you may cancel free of charge.

4. Payment

We accept SEPA bank transfer and the cryptocurrencies listed at checkout. Goods are reserved when the order is placed and dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Orders that remain unpaid after the period stated in the confirmation e-mail are cancelled and the stock released.

For cryptocurrency payments the amount due is the euro figure shown on the confirmation page. Any shortfall caused by network fees or exchange-rate movement between sending and confirmation is yours to settle before dispatch.

5. Delivery and risk

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times given on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; where you are not acting as a consumer, risk passes on handover to the carrier.

You are responsible for confirming that importation of the ordered compound is lawful at the delivery address, and for any customs duty, import VAT or handling charge levied there.

6. Withdrawal, returns and defects

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken, which covers every vial we sell.

Unopened vials in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a return reference. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at your choice.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the goods other than as described in clause 2, including any use in or on a human or animal body.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer you also enjoy the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Consumers may submit a dispute to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to the competent national consumer authority. We are happy to try to resolve any complaint directly first. Write to support@allurpeptides.com.
