Orders paid and confirmed before 16:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after that, or at the weekend, go out on the next business day.

Payment by bank transfer typically confirms within one business day of you sending it. Cryptocurrency payments confirm as soon as the transaction has enough network confirmations, usually under an hour.

Vials travel in a rigid inner box with shock padding and a cold pack, inside plain outer packaging with no branding or product description on the outside. A batch-matched certificate of analysis is enclosed with every order.

Tracked delivery within the EU takes two to four business days after dispatch. Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom take three to seven business days and may be subject to customs clearance.

Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout and free on orders above the threshold displayed there. Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on the carrier.

You are the importer of record. It is your responsibility to confirm that importing the compound you ordered is lawful at the delivery address, and to pay any duty, import VAT or handling fee charged there. We cannot advise on the rules of your country and we cannot refund parcels seized by customs.

If tracking shows no movement for seven business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where possible and send us the photographs within 48 hours.
