2. What we collect and why

Order data: name, e-mail address, delivery address, order contents and payment method. We process this to perform the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Correspondence: anything you send us by e-mail or through the contact form, processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Newsletter address: only if you subscribe, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time from the link in every e-mail.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, we do not profile you, and we do not make automated decisions with legal effect.

3. Who else sees it

Carriers, so they can deliver your parcel; our bank or cryptocurrency processor, to settle payment; our accountant; and our hosting and e-mail providers, which act as processors under written agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Where a processor is outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoicing records are retained for the period required by tax law in the Czech Republic, currently [POČET LET] years. Correspondence is kept for up to three years. Newsletter data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.cz).
