Returns & Refunds

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us in writing at support@allurpeptides.com before the period expires.

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive. In practice this means any vial whose seal has been broken or which has been reconstituted cannot be returned.

Unopened vials in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned. Ship them back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing; return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly supplied.

Send photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund in full, including original and return shipping, at your choice. Statutory conformity rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you sent them. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same coin at the euro value of the original order.
