- What exactly am I buying?
- A sealed vial of lyophilised peptide supplied as a laboratory reagent, together with the certificate of analysis for that batch. It is not a medicine, not a supplement, and it is not supplied for use in humans or animals.
- Who tests your batches?
- Third-party laboratories: currently Janoshik Analytical and BT Labs in Florida. Some of the reports were commissioned by the manufacturer rather than by us, and every report names its client on the first page, so you can see who ordered it. We publish each one in full under the batch number printed on the vial.
- Can I see the certificate before I order?
- Yes. Every product page links to the certificate for the batch currently shipping, and the batch lookup page lets you check any batch number we have ever released.
- How do you pack and ship?
- Vials travel in a rigid box with a cold pack and shock padding, inside plain outer packaging with no branding. Orders placed before 16:00 CET on a business day leave the same day with tracked EU delivery, typically two to four working days.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- SEPA bank transfer and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Crypto payments receive a discount because they cost us nothing in processing fees. You get the payment details on screen and by e-mail the moment you place the order.
- What if a vial arrives damaged?
- Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it, your choice. Because these are laboratory reagents, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Do you ship outside the EU?
- We ship across the EU, plus Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to check that importing a given research compound is lawful where you are. Customs rules differ and we cannot advise on them.
- Can you advise on dosing?
- No. We sell reagents and publish analytical data; we do not give protocols, dosing guidance or any advice on use in living subjects, and we will not answer questions framed that way.
